Refund Policy

If you're not completely happy with your Bobbie Print purchase (and we really hope you are) please email Victoria at bobbieprint@mail.com to confirm your return within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging in re-saleable, as new condition. 

The purchase price of the item or items will be refunded, delivery and return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item delivered was faulty or damaged in which case the purchase price and all postage costs will be refunded.

When we have received your returned item we will email you to confirm that we have received it, check it and let you know the status of your refund - if it is approved or rejected and if applicable refund the purchase price within 3 working days of receiving your return.

Personalised or bespoke/made to order items (such as prints in a custom size or colour which are printed to order) are exempt from returns and refunds unless they arrive in a faulty or damaged condition.

We recommend that items are returned to Bobbie Print using a trackable postage system so that all items can be traced and delivery confirmed. Bobbie Print does not accept any liability for items which are damaged or lost by 3rd party delivery companies, we recommend taking photos of the item before it is returned to us to avoid any dispute should the item be received in a damaged condition

We do not offer exchanges unless the item is delivered faulty or damaged.
