Who is the designer?
Victoria Oatway founded Bobbie Print in the summer of 2015, turning a much loved hobby and long imagined dream into a reality. To find out more about Vitoria and Bobbie Print take a look at our About Us page.
How do I contact Bobbie Print?

Where are Bobbie Print products made?
All Bobbie Print products are designed by Victoria Oatway in Chichester, England.  All our screen prints are hand printed, all our printed products are produced here in the UK, where possible we look to promote small, independent British manufacturers. 
Are Bobbie Print art prints framed?
All prints and posters are supplied unframed but are designed to fit the most common off the shelf picture frame sizes.  
Prints are available in standard 70cm x 50cm, 40cm x 30cm and 21cm x 30cm sizes, please check the individual details of each print for confirmation on sizes.
What should I expect when I receive my print?
Firstly, a gasp of joy as you unwrap your new Bobbie Print poster!
Secondly you should note that the individual nature of screen and riso printing can lead to some natural variations in colour and print registration.  These are to be expected and should be considered a unique part of each piece.
Where do you deliver?
Bobbie Print delivers to the UK and selected countries internationally - USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Republic of Ireland.  For delivery addresses outside these countries please email us and we can provide a shipping quote.
We aim to dispatch orders 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
Orders to be delivered to addresses in the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Post, delivery is usually 3 working days (at busy times of year this may take longer).
Orders to be delivered to international addresses will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery, depending on destination country delivery is between 3-7 days.
Any payment of customs charges or taxes is the responsibility of the buyer.
How will my order be packaged?
All large wall art and posters will be delivered rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube, smaller prints are packaged with a card backing in stiff, cardboard envelopes.
Greeting cards come complete with matching recycled paper envelopes and are sent inside protective clear sleeves and will be delivered in board backed envelopes. 
What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
We aim to dispatch all order within 1-2 business days of order confirmation and receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated), if your order does not arrive within 10 working days please contact Victoria by email at bobbieprint@mail.com
What should I do if I want to return all or part of my order?
If you're not completely happy with your Bobbie Print purchase (and we really hope you are) please email Victoria at bobbieprint@mail.com to confirm your return within 14 days of receipt. 
Returns and Refunds
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt in their original packaging in re-saleable, as new condition.  When we have received your returned item we will check it and aim to refund the purchase price within 3 working days of receiving your return.  We recommend that items are returned using a trackable postage system so that all items can be traced and delivery confirmed.  The purchase price of the item or items will be refunded, delivery and return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.   If the item delivered arrives and is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible to organise a return and refund. In the case of faulty or damaged items delivery and return costs will be refunded.
