Refund policy

If you're not completely happy with your Bobbie Print purchase (and we really hope you are), please email Victoria at hello@bobbieprint.com to notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt.

Once you have notified us, items must be returned to our studio within a further 14 days, in their original packaging and in a clean, re-saleable condition.

Refund Details

  • Change of Mind: We will refund the full purchase price of the item along with our standard outbound delivery charge. The cost of return postage is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price, the initial delivery charge, and cover your return postage costs.

  • Deductions: In line with UK consumer laws, if an item is returned damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is reasonable to inspect it, we reserve the right to deduct a value from the final refund to cover its diminished worth.

All refunds will be processed via your original payment method without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back (or receive tracking proof of their return).

Exemptions & Exchanges

  • Custom Orders: Personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order items (such as art prints ordered in a custom size or specific custom colourway) are exempt from standard returns and change-of-mind refunds unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges unless an item is delivered faulty or damaged.

Return Shipping Advice

We highly recommend returning items using a trackable postage system so delivery can be verified. Bobbie Print cannot accept liability for items that are lost or damaged by third-party delivery couriers. To avoid potential transit disputes, we strongly advise taking photos of the item and its packaging immediately before shipping it back to us.
